The 2011 NCKMS planning committee is very proud to be hosting this year’s symposium at the award-winning Zermatt Resort. Built in the fashion of the finest luxury hotels and spas of Europe, the Zermatt offers 4-star accommodations, exceptional conference facilities, gourmet dining, boundless recreation, authentic Swiss architecture and stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains and Heber Valley at super-discounted prices.
To receive prearranged discounts on lodging, attendees are asked to call (855) 549-6707 for reservations.
Special Room Rates:
Accommodations at the Zermatt include the Hotel der Baer, a four-story Swiss chalet with guestrooms and suites, and the Chateau Villas, condominium-style units available with one, two, or three-bedrooms. All guest rooms range from 300 to 1,800 square feet with all the amenities and services to ensure a luxurious stay. http://zermattresort.com/accommodations/
While we intend to pack a lot of activity into the symposium's days, be sure to allow some time to enjoy The Spa at Zermatt. Doesn't a massage, facial, manicure, or pedicure sound decadent? Or, if you've really been good, treat yourself to an invigorating body polish or a purifying body wrap. Too fancy? Then maybe the dry sauna, fitness center (complete with a 13-showerhead shower!), aromatherapy steam grotto, indoor/outdoor swimming pools (connected by a swimmable channel) and hot tub with cascading waterfall are more your style. Wasatch Mountain State Park offers camping within a few short minutes from the symposium’s location. Facilities include 139 campsites. The Cottonwood loop has sites with full RV hookups and sites with water and power only. All sites in the Mahogany loop offer full hook-ups. Oak Hollow has electricity and water only. Sites are back-in and pull-through and can accommodate RVs up to 45 feet. Tents are only allowed in Oak Hollow. This state park is one of Utah’s best so reservations are strongly encouraged.
