The American Cave Conservation Association (ACCA) is a national, nonprofit association dedicated to the protection of caves, karstlands and groundwater. The ACCA operates the American Cave Museum and Karst Center, an educational center that includes the American Cave Museum and Hidden River Cave in Horse Cave, Kentucky.
